Shipping & Returns

Every item is printed to order at the Printful fulfillment center closest to you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Estimated total delivery times (including production)

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of EU: 8–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 15–25 business days

These are estimates — actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Right of withdrawal — EU customers

If you're ordering from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed.

To return an item, contact us within those 14 days:

Once you've let us know, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in the same condition as received.

Please note: if an item is returned showing signs of use beyond what's needed to check its fit and quality — such as being worn, washed, or damaged — we reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect the diminished value of the item.

We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll fix it. Email us at hello@northernmost-originals.com with your order number and a photo. We respond within 1–2 business days.
