Shipping & Returns

Every item is printed to order at the Printful fulfillment center closest to you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Estimated total delivery times (including production)

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of EU: 8–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 15–25 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Right of withdrawal for EU customers

If you're ordering from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed.

The quickest way is our withdrawal form. You'll find it under "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page, and you get a confirmation by email straight away.

You can also email hello@northernmost-originals.com within those 14 days with your name, order number and which item(s) you're returning, or send us the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

Once you've let us know, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. We'll email you the return address. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in the same condition as received.

Please note: if an item is returned showing signs of use beyond what's needed to check its fit and quality (such as being worn, washed, or damaged), we reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect the diminished value of the item.

We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Because everything is made on demand, we strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll fix it. Email us at hello@northernmost-originals.com with your order number and a photo. We respond within 1–2 business days.
