Shipping policy
How we fulfill orders
Every item in our store is printed on demand by Printful, our fulfillment partner. Orders are produced and shipped from the Printful facility closest to your delivery address — which means faster shipping and a smaller environmental footprint.
Production time
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
Estimated delivery times
The following estimates include production time and are counted from the date your order is placed:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 7–12 business days
- Rest of EU: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 15–25 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and any customs clearance for international shipments.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 business days of your order, check your spam folder first — then contact us and we'll look into it.
Customs and import duties
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price. We have no control over customs delays or fees.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@northernmost-originals.com. Once production has started, we can't guarantee we can make changes — but we'll do our best.
We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Orders confirmed as lost will be reshipped or refunded. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
