2. Acceptance of these terms
By placing an order through northernmost-originals.com, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.
3. Products
All items in our store are printed on demand. This means each piece is made specifically when you order it — nothing is held in stock. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected item(s). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is listed at an incorrect price, if payment cannot be processed, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed. Production begins shortly after — once started, orders can't be changed or cancelled.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely. We don't store your payment details.
6. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled from the Printful fulfillment center closest to your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are shown on our Shipping & Returns page. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. Returns and refunds
Our full return and refund policy is available on our Shipping & Returns page. EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, and content on this website are the property of Northernmost Originals. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Northernmost Originals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
If you have a complaint that we can't resolve directly, you can submit it to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
